This exciting role will require you to be hands on in identifying, presenting and closing sales.
Managing all aspects of the sales cycle, from initial engagement, qualification, proposal writing and presenting, closing, post-sales account management and development.
Actively exploring various sales channels, from face to face meetings through to picking up the telephone to approach new prospects.
Forecasting and analysis to ensure that the role is delivering expected revenues and that inefficiency in the sales process can be identified early.
Proper management of existing and potential client portfolio and efficient time management: ie, actively plan to contact leads and setting of daily/weekly call and meeting schedules whilst maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
Tracking all activities, tasks and actions in Salesforce CRM.
Offering clear and unfettered communication with colleagues and senior management
Minimum 3+ years of working experience in the online industry
A smart networker that understands the challenges of solution selling to corporates and recruitment agencies
Experience in out-bound sales environment
Experience in field sales, face to face selling and a customer orientated environment
A proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
Fluency in English is mandatory. Other Asian languages a distinct advantage
Excellent phone manner and present ability, with direct cold calling experience
