As our Customer Excellence Director you will be responsible for the following:
Conceptualise and propose suitable technology or architecture to clients by ensuring the right product is being introduced to the clients for their needs
Responsible to present and perform demonstration
Sales support to the sale team
Proper management of existing and potential client portfolio and efficient time management: ie, actively plan to contact leads and setting of daily/weekly call and meeting schedules
Tracking all activities, tasks and actions in Salesforce CRM
Relevant experience in large scale IT product
Handles tender or bidding exercise
Conducting of Proof-of-Concept
Good presentation skills
Excellent phone manner
